Crash Test 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air VS. 2009 Chevrolet Malibu (Frontal Offset) IIHS 50th Anniversary
In the fifty decades since US insurers organized the Insurance policy Institute for Highway Safety, car crashworthiness has improved. Demonstrating this was a crash examination performed on Sept. 9 amongst a 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air and a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. In a real-entire world collision related to this check, occupants of the new design would fare much greater than in the vintage Chevy.
