[WATCH]: Above Average Rates of Return for 6mo-3yr Loans

Im willing to pay above average rate of return. Im looking for short term 6 months to 36 months 1st lien position secured by real estate that is 70% loan to value or less and with Title Insurance, Insurance, Homeowner Insurance, and Deed of Trust. I close all transactions at an Attorneys office or Title Company to make sure everything is recorded correctly. I do not handle the CASH directly.That is handled by the closing agency.
